Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow us up to a week to process your order. Expect an email within 1 week  to let you know your order is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP:

We do not offer store pickup option.

 

STANDARD FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
this option is available for light Canadian orders. If this option is picked, we us Canada post oversized letter mail. This option usually takes 1-2 weeks shipping duration and it does not come with tracking.

 

REST OF SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Belli-buttons.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We do not affect Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jinshimca@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. if the item is damaged, we will send out a replacement.
